- Individual Online Courses - a full refund will be given within 7 days of your purchase **please note if you have accessed or completed more that 25% of the course (including downloading resources and documents from within the course) we will deem this as our service being underway and so we will only offer a part refund of upto 50% of the original fee made. We are happy to transfer you to another online course if you prefer and ask that you please give us details of this when you contact us (if you have accessed more than 25% of your original course this option will not be available)

- GREAT Offer - a full refund will be given within 7 days of your purchase **please note if one or more courses have been started/completed and/or more than 5 documents have been downloaded from within the course(s) or you have taken part in any of our events or offers for example - competition, webinar, podcast, 30 day challenges or benefited from discounted training or coaching we will deem this as our service being underway and so we will only offer a part refund of upto 50% of the original fee made.
- Offers - Please be aware that we feature regular offers on our website and will always give at least 48 hours notice of any new offers starting, that way we can ensure that you will always get the best price/deal for the courses you purchase. Please note that offers can not be backdated to a purchase you have already made.
- Any requests for a refund after 7 days will be at the discretion of The Great Women's Academy and will be based on usage of products, services, documents and other benefits. Please note that refund requests after 30 days will NOT be considered.
- PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card, bank account or payment gateway (for example: PAYPAL or STRIPE) that the original payment was made from - no cash alternatives or credit will be made.
- PLEASE NOTE: Products, courses or coaching packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other customers and you will ony be permitted to access your account using the email login and password that you submitted at the time of purchase.
- Once a refund has been made access to ALL courses, materials, services, training academy, community and all other benefits will be stopped immediately and you will NOT have access to your account. Please note that all mentions of you or your business will also be removed from our website for example interviews or podcasts.
- PLEASE NOTE: Refunds take between 5 and 10 working days to return to your bank account (or card/payment gateway account)
